Terms & Conditions

  1. All items sold are brand new.
  2. All items are sold on a “first come, first serve” basis.
  3. Colours of product might vary due to lighting and computer/monitor setting differences.
  4. All measurements given in the item description are only approximate measurement but we will try it's best to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
  5. All prices are shown in Riggit Malaysia (RM) and shipping fee is not included.
  6. All prices set are final; any requests for discounts will not be entertained.
  7. All shipping cost and any surcharge incurred from interbank transfer/PayPal payment is to be borne by the buyer.

  2. chapfour will not be held responsible for any damages or losses during delivery and there will be strictly no refunds. Please make sure your address is stated correctly in the order confirmation.

Refund/Exchange policy 
  1.  All goods will undergo thorough inspection prior to shipping (any flaws detected will be included in the item description). Therefore, goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
  2. Products are only exchangeable in the event that you receive the wrong parcel from us and all shipping cost will be borne by chapfour. If that particular product you ordered has run out of stock in an event as such, a full refund will be provided.

  1.  All items are sold on “first come, first serve” basis and are based on its availability. Please understand that there is a time lag between the time an order is place and the time an order is accepted, a particular product status may change before it is updated in the website which will result in an order refusal.  
  2. Reservations are valid only for 48 hours. Payment is to be made within 48 hours upon the order confirmation has been sent or your reservation will automatically go to the next buyer or put up for sale again without any notice. Please do not hesitate to inform us if you need extra time to make the payment. Cancellation can also be made within those 48 hours. We’ll also be grateful to be informed if you change your mind and look forward to do business with you in the future.
  3. After an order has been submitted, an order confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours.
